For many years weโve been talking about the lack of women in coaching, and we all know that this is about much more than getting women trained up. To help get to the bottom of the culture of coaching, Women in Sport have been collaborating with a few of the key minds in the area, not least Prof. Leanne Norman from Leeds Beckett University.
๐ช๐ผ๐บ๐ฒ๐ป ๐ถ๐ป ๐ฆ๐ฝ๐ผ๐ฟ๐ (๐ช๐ถ๐ฆ) came up with the first national survey of its kind into the working conditions and culture of coaching โ which covers all sports at every level.
